Residential Indoor Air Program (RIAP) – FAQs
Q. Will anyone be visiting my home for construction or inspections?
A. No, no one will be working in your house. No construction will take place as part of the Residential Indoor Air Program. All orders will be placed online with direct delivery from Alen.
Q. Are there any costs to me?
A. The program is fully funded and managed by Avports, HVN’s airport operator. Alen will provide redemption codes to homeowners so they can order the air purifier to be delivered to their own home.
Q. Who is responsible for maintaining the HEPA air purifier?
A. Once the purifier arrives at your home, its unpacking, positioning within your home, and maintenance are your responsibility. Please refer to the manufacturer for more information.
Q. Are there any deadlines that I should be aware of?
A. The deadline for residents’ applications will be December 30, 2025.
